Contains a video of roughly how to use the Waist Strap Attachment. Usually, we'd recommend fixing the leather strap round the fabric webbing rather than the leather and wearing the strap a bit more loosely round the body than shown in the video however.

Waist Strap Waist Strap Attachment / Khaki Webbing / Chocolate Leather
I find waist belts on slings to be the best thing for taking weight off the shoulder and onto the hips. This came with No instructions for how to set it up or use it. Attaching to the webbing for the shoulder straps didnt work as I am not stout enough (and I am not thin), so I had to attach them to the strap on the front of the bag. The biggest problem is whereas a clasp makes it easy to tie up and release, the standard Billingham fastener is not convenient for a waist strap. The adjustment method is also not convenient.

Very secure, I have 3 Billingham bags all different colours and sizes. The strap fits all three. It stops the shoulder bags swinging about but I mainly bought this quality waist strap for protecting my expensive camera and lenses, which my gives added protection and peace of mind against thieves. Shouldn’t have to say that but in this day and age a camera and lenses is a pretty good option to steel and sell. Well done Billingham, expensive but considering how long this quality strap as well as the bags should last me for many years
