Our chargeable repair service has been temporarily paused due to the upcoming festive period. This will resume in 2025. This does not apply to any repairs needed under guarantee.
We know that your bag is valuable to you. For this reason we offer a repair service for our bags to extend their usable life.
Repairs for issues covered under our five year manufacturers guarantee will be carried out at no extra cost to you - if looking for a repair on this basis please include your proof of purchase. We also offer a chargeable repair service for any work that is either outside of or not covered under our five year manufacturers guarantee.

Please note:- We are unable to offer repairs for other brands of bags.- Due to rules around Brexit we cannot ship orders valued at less than £165 to the European Union. This can have an implication for out-of-guarantee repairs where the value of the repair might be less than this - we haven't yet found a solution to this problem but are investigating. This does not affect repairs that would be free under our five year manufacturers guarantee. We would still encourage EU customers who need out-of-guarantee repairs to contact us with their enquiry.

All repairs are carried out at our factory in England by the same people that make our bags.
No, we do not offer a customisation service that allows you to alter the design of the bag.
We only offer a colour customisation service and an option to shorten or lengthen your shoulder sling at an extra cost. You can find details of what we can offer here.
Yes please make sure to remove all camera gear, computing devices or other items before sending your bag to us. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to any items left in the bag when it is sent to us.
Carefully hoovering out the bag before sending it may also be sensible. We may refuse to repair a bag where the contents pose a hygiene risk to our staff.
